We had a great family weekend this past weekend when we ventured down to the 4C Ranch with all the kids in tow! Brad and his brother, Chris, wanted to do some fishing and I wanted to go also (since I hadn't been to the farm in about eight months!). So Katrina and the kids tagged along too to help me out with my wild ones and keep them entertained while I tried to get some much needed housework done. (THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!! It was a HUGE help having you all there!!!)
Here are some of my favorite moments from the weekend:
Friday Evening...
Daddy showing Tanner his catch
This was Tanner's first time to touch a real, live fish and get up close to one!
Girls drawing together...
Tori was VERY into drawing and stayed focused on it for pretty large periods of time... I was surprised!
Saturday Morning...
It was a beautiful, breezy and peaceful morning!
Kids checking out the horses (my lens was blurry from the humidity)
Awwwww, I love this picture of Hunter walking with both of the kids!
Cousins on a morning stroll (Kaleigh & Hunter were SO AWESOME with Tanner & Tori... they are such GREAT big cousins!!!)
Mr. Curls checking out the cows
The herd was quite vocal that morning... lots of mooing going on! The kids loved it!
And last, but not least, this picture cracks me up! Little Miss Cowgirl was stomping around like she fit right in on the farm.... and then you zoom in and see her pink pearl bracelet halfway up her arm! Too cute, diva cowgirl!
We got back home Saturday afternoon and the kids were worn out! They took a good nap and even went to bed early Saturday night. We saw the family again on Sunday for lunch at Babe's, so with all this family time, Tanner was sobbing this morning when he saw Kaleigh & Hunter's picture in our hallway. He started bawling, asking for "Hunta... Kayeee...!!!!!" Poor buddy, he had a blast with his cousins!
