Surprise! Tanner was so eager he decided to come early and bring his little sister along. (Tanner at top, Tori at bottom)
Sat. August 4 at 2 p.m. Tanner's water broke and we rushed to the hospital. The hospital gave Leah two steriod shots over 48 hours to help with the babies' lungs. They were trying to hold off the births for a couple of weeks but Tanner had other ideas.
At 6 a.m. the morning of August 6, 2007, Leah awoke with some tightening and the nurse checked her dilation. Leah called me at 6:15 a.m. and said get here asap because she was going into Labor and delivery. At 7 a.m. Leah went into the O.R. and had Tanner at 7:44 a.m. Eight minutes later came Tori at 7:52 a.m. Leah is a sport, delivering the babies naturally without any pain meds.
Tanner Benjamin Ball - Born 8/6/07 at 7:44 a.m.
16.5" and 3 lbs. 8 ounces.
Victoria (Tori) Kay Ball - Born 8/6/07 at 7:52 a.m.
16" and 3 lbs. 4 ounces.
Both babies and mom are doing well.
